SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within Malaysia by Poslaju. Shipping is free throughout Malaysia. It takes an average of three to five working days of delivery.

 

We aim to deliver the Product within the time frame stipulated by us in the Confirmation of Order but we do not warrant that such delivery will be effected strictly within the estimated time due to external factors. Please note that your delivery may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

 

  We shall not be liable for any late deliveries caused by third parties, fire, flood, or any mechanical breakdowns, or for any cause not attributable to the fault of Keemono Kardigan and Miss Howell Enterprise. We shall not be liable for the non-delivery of the Order due to any incorrect delivery addresses provided by you.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of the Product, except for Faulty Product.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

To track Your order, please email us at keemonokardigan@gmail.com with Your name, contact number and invoice number. Once your order is submitted, KEEMONO KARDIGAN (MISS HOWELL ENTERPRISE) is unable to change or cancel the order. MISS HOWELL is also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
